How do customers pay?
The way you choose (transfer, cash on delivery…). DoneLinks never handles the money and takes no commission.
Do I get the order if the customer does not send the message?
Every confirmed order is saved in your order list with its number, even if the customer never presses “send” in WhatsApp.
Can prices be tampered with?
No, the total is calculated from your saved store prices, not from the customer’s device.
Will my store show up on Google?
Yes, the store page can be indexed by search engines.
