Approve your team’s changes before they go live

Changes by editors wait for you, and visitors keep getting the current version until you approve.

With Approval before publishing, what an editor of your team changes is kept for you. Visitors keep getting the current version of the link until you approve. New links made by editors stay closed until you approve them, and a delete becomes a request.

1. Open Settings → Team and turn on Changes by editors need my approval.
2. When something waits, you get an email and Waiting for your approval appears above your links in My Links.
3. Open it to see each change with what it changes, add a note if you like, and press Approve or Reject. The team member gets an email either way.

Editors see their own version with a “waiting” note. While approval is on, only you can set a password or visit limit, or import links. Which plans include it is shown on the pricing page.
