Cancel or pause your subscription

What happens to your plan and your links, and how to pause payments instead.

1. Go to Settings → Subscription and press Cancel subscription.
2. Tell us why. Depending on your answer you may be offered a discount or a pause of your payments.
3. Confirm. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.

Your links

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Links within the Free plan keep working. If you have more than it includes, you get an email first and choose which ones stay; the others pause until you subscribe again.

Pausing instead

A pause stops payments for a while and your plan keeps working; payments start again by themselves on the date shown in Subscription.
